Coffeel’s Ventimiglia laboratory is not merely a coffee roaster. Rather, it is where Fulvio and Massimo share their experience and knowledge of coffee selection, processing and preparation.
Here the customer is welcomed and accompanied on a journey of discovery that starts with the origins of the bean and continues with tasting the different types of coffee we make. These include coffee for moka, coffee for espresso machines, filter coffee, coffee for pods (portioned in paper pods) or Nespresso compatible coffee pods.

COLD BREW
COFFEE EXTRACTION: A QUESTION OF QUALITY AND TIME
A clear and precise thought can take unexpected forms: for example, the very slow extraction of cold brew coffee used as a special ingredient in an alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktail, or served as an aperitif, a digestive, or as a complement to important cheeses.
Our cold brewed filtered coffees are used by bartenders, pastry chefs, chefs and coffee-lovers. Once extracted they can be kept for several days in the refrigerator. Protect from oxidation.
